Comprehensive Reporting
Our comprehensive and readable reports contain at a minimum the following:
- an executive summary;
- a statement about project objectives;
- a description of the methodology used;
- a summary of findings by measurement category;
- detailed counts and rates tabulated by item;
- tables and graphs that display key item responses;
- analysis of results - identification of strengths and problem areas;
- Corrective Action Reference Sheets (CARS); and
- conclusions and recommendations for improvement and for future study.
In addition, the survey document itself will be appended, as will individual summary tables for each question (which will provide information about response volume, option selection response volume and response rates).
By way of example, our Provider Satisfaction Survey Report would contain detailed information about provider satisfaction with:
- access to and responsiveness of the plan,
- claims payment and reimbursement,
- contracting and provider services,
- health services and pharmacy, and
- quality improvement.
We will also provide conclusions, recommendations, other summary material about the characteristics of the survey respondents, and appendices containing informative graphs and frequency tables.
