Survey Customization

Many surveys involve customization to one degree or another. Regardless of the survey, the final product is customized to meet your specific needs. This process may require a number of iterations and will certainly involve our expert survey staff giving advice as to "what works and what doesn't work" in an effort to produce the most useful product and process.

During the course of survey preparation, our survey staff will also write both the instructions and the cover letter. In addition, we may well give you several survey "looks" to consider. While content is fundamental, so, too, is appearance - a visually appealing survey (that has been customized to your "style") tends to produce more responses than a boring, confusing or complex one. Like the survey itself, the instructions, the cover letter and the survey appearance will also probably go through several iterations. The end product will, again, be customized to your needs.
